Lexus mechanics... would you buy this RX?

I'm considering a 2007 RX350 for the wife.

certified pre-owned, 46k miles, AWD, loaded, 3 yr or 100k mi bumper to bumper warranty

cpo work done: turned 4 rotors, new pads all around, 4 new michelins.

price 28,500, kbb 29,500

I see value here but what does a Lexus mechanic see?

Update:

the 3 yr, or up to 100k mi, whichever comes first, bumper to bumper warranty begins with this purchase as part of the certified pre-owned program. It has 46k miles and she won't be driving more than 12k per year so it'll run the 3 yrs.

we're not concerned with mpg.

    The 3 year warranty has expired.

    46K miles is nothing. I would see if they would go down on the price a little.

    Gas is going to be $4/gallon soon and could reach $5, what kind of mpg does it get.
