I don't care for the reporting bit, it's childish. I've grown to accept it when I give un-answers.

Speaking of childish...I often have to remind myself that a lot of these kids still are kids and this granddad should be an adult.

Well, there's inexperienced or unknowing people who ask questions that are legitimate to them, but do sound pretty corny to an experienced person. But I'm sure that in a conversation about stellar physics with Stephen Hawking or Einstein, most the rest of us would sound like idiots as well. But to me, there's nobody worse than a person who blasts another person who sincerely asks an otherwise ridiculous sounding question.

And yes, then there are people who are either extremely lonely or just want to annoy other people. And if the latter, I guess they win if we do get annoyed and respond.

Additional: Some time after I answered this one, I answered Frank's question. I didn't find it stupid or anything, he simply needed to know the wiring color scheme for his replacement CDI.

If your answers were costing or making you MONEY would you answer any differently?!?

So you lose two (now four) points and have that violation notice to contend with, it's not the end of the world as there are almost 3,999,999,999 more people on this planet that are looking for your answers, don't lose faith, be a man, and if all that fails - remember your avatar.
