how many days will it take for my facebook to come back to normal and for me to regain it back?

And i had been having trouble getting in to my facebook they say its been compromise someone had hacked into my facebook  i tryed following the step by step method but it always started me back from the beginning asking me for my information how can i regain my facebook and what steps do i need to take in order for me to have my facebook back and how many days or months will it take for me to have it back,And also ihave been having the same problem with my myspace how can i get back myspace as well,.

i have the exact same problem where when I try doing the step by step process I can't get pass step 2 as it says contact Users Operation Team. I did and I got an email response to verify that I was the owner of the account and I did and haven't got a response and it's been more than a week. I've seen a lot of people having the same problem recently so I'm sure their customer service email is flooded plus it was recently winter break. Let me know if you get your account back
