Let A, B and C be three events associated with an experiment. Express the following verbal statements in set notation.
(i) None of the events occurs
(ii) Only A occurs
(iii) Only one of the events occurs
(iv) Atleast one of the events occurs
(v) Only A and B occur
Please provide the explanation as well
Also what are the axioms of probability???

1) "I suppose you could take the complements of each and say {A~, B~, C~}"... you can also say (AuBuC)' by demorgan
2) its more like AB'C'
3) I think its AB'C' u A'BC' u A'B'C
4) this is a weird one, but I think this is simply A u B u C, which includes all possible events
