Irrational fear is that I'm scared of people, even though I have faced my fear a million times. And have no reason to be scared because people generally like me xD This has really been destroying my life for the past 5-6 years.
I am also very paranoid I think I have deceases and people watch my through cameras and stuff.
I have been having obsessions over a lot of things, but they usually pass as I get a new obsession, but usually don't interfere with my daily life.
If you are aware you might develop schizophrenia then I think you won't get it. Mentally ill patients don't know they're mentally ill. So stop fearing it. But I know it's not that easy lol, but that's how it is anyway :/
ADDITIONAL:
Oh and every time I walk in stairs or on ice or something, I'm really scared I'll trip and break my neck. I'm really scared to break my neck.

Well one of my most irrational fears, which you will probably find amusing, but I kid you not, is that when I run a bath one day acid will start pouring out and and burn my flesh away... I think it derives from watching a scene in ghostbusters when I was a kid where this weird ghost stuff comes out of the tap when this lady is running her bath. I do frequently have baths, but I still find myself staring at the tap, wondering if it will ever actually happen... so yeah.. think I should probably see a psychologist or something lol
As for major fear.. I have a major fear of heights, can't even stand on an escalator for too long without panicking. You know those extra long ones that seem to take forever.. I get dizzy, feel like I'm going to fall... I've even been known to grab onto clothing of people in front of me. So I use the stairs whenever possible.

Have always had a vague worry that something will grab/slam into the back of my head. As a kid I would fret a hand would come and grab my hair whilst I was asleep on my pillow, and slam my head into the wall. Even now, occasionally as an adult when walking down the street, I have to sometimes touch the back of my head as a way of protecting it from some mythical head slamming bogeyman from my childhood!
Although somewhat odd, it's never been a problem though, and that's the difference between obsessional fears and just odd thoughts that play on your mind occasionally.

I have feared just about every ailment you could imagine. Then after I got extremely worried about all that I feared depression. I've feared psychosis. I feared lead poisoning. I've had headaches and feared brain tumors. I had a cough once and feared lung cancer. Basically any illness I hear about, I fear. I know the feeling though, it's all consuming and sometimes prevents you from being happy. Really not nice.

When I was a child 6 or 7 ish I had an obsession about 'turning round' If a turned round in a 'full circle' to left I had to then turn completely back round to the right to feel straight, or i'd be tangled up or fall over, I got into quite a tizz over that and was often berated by my mother for it... Weird! Lasted for several months.

I still do have it, a fear of water, hydrophobia. It used to make me worry about taking showers and I'd find as many excuses as I could to not take a shower. Mostly I learned to deal with it now.
I used to have a fear of meat where I'd get upset if I saw meat and wouldn't eat it, Vegetarianism. I got over that when I realized I'm not saving crap by not eating meat.

Well, a couple fears I have are one is fear of the dark, and the other is fear of wide open spaces.
I don't like being out in the dark because you can't see things around you and you don't know what is near you. And I don't like being in wide open spaces because it gives me the feeling that I'm lost, and I can't find my way out.

Fear of seeing vomit.
my brother used to have a history of getting sick a lot, so whenever i was close to him like in cars and stuff i'd get so nervous. Whenever someone used to say their stomach hurts, i'd get terribly uncomfortable and think they would throw up. yes the fear did affect my life. somewhere along the line i matured and it faded away, but it was still painful.
