Why didn't God let all the animals drown and then just create a new set?

lol ... God decided in all his infinite wisdom the boat thing would be more fun. The dinosaurs were late and missed the all aboard call though. :(

I used to know some neighbors who had a female cat and that female cat kept having litters and litters of kittens.... two or three times a year....which had to be taken care of, and the usual way was, of course, was to put the kittens in a sack and drown them in a lake.

Now, talk about cruelty, this tops all. Why didn't that drunk sob take and have the momma cat fixed so that she didn't keep producing, instead of killing all those innocent kittens?

That is the human cruel way of thinking. Just dispose of them and get some new ones. Right!

And as far as Why God didn't do this or did that, we are humans, with a tiny human brain, and we cannot fathom what is going on in God's mind, or why He does what He does. We tiny brained people try to put God on our level on intelligence and from what I have seen in the past 150 years of industrial revolution, we are killing ourselves and the World, with our so called "Intelligence".

Does that mean God has the same level of intelligence as we puny humans and therefore does what He does because of it?

I seriously doubt it.

Now, does that seem logical to you? That is like saying, why kill the cockroaches when you can burn the whole house down and start over. In fact, lol, that is exactly the illustration I can use as far as this world right now. There is NOTHING wrong with planet earth, so it does not need to be destroyed, however, the wicked people need to be. Just the same as during the flood. Unlike man and his wars that kill people randomly, Jehovah's way is justice. Psalms 37:29

God said to Adam and Eve that there would be a deliverer who would be of the seed of Eve. Had God destroyed everyone on the planet and started over there would be no connection with the past people and no hope for those people who were believers in God to that point. Noah apparently was righteous in his generation and was fit to carry on the seed line through his family. By the way, Noah was not married and did not have kids when God called him to build the ark. He married and had triplet boys with his new wife. It took 120 years to build the ark. As he was building the ark he was witnessing to the people of that time that they needed to repent of their evil ways or be killed with the flood that woud come in the distant future. Up till this point in time there had never been such rainfall as to cause a massive flood of that magnitude.

God had no reason to start over. He likes to work with things that are broken, that is his specialty. Only sick people need a doctor.

Because He knew Israel would accept the Torah, and they were to be the descendants of Noah, and since Noah would have to live, and his sons, then Noah would need to take some animals with him, and in for a dime, in for a dollar.
