With Andrew Luck staying in School, who's the new #1 Guy in the Draft?

Panthers do not need a new great WR or DE. Johnson and Brown are both good. We do need a new DT though. I heard Marshall is out, so if that's true then we do need a new CB. We don't need a WR because we picked a few last year in the draft. Although they did not look amazing, they did look like they are getting better. Also Armanti Edwards is supposed to be a WR. He has not played a single game yet because the Panthers are still working on getting him adjusted to the position. I have read articles saying he is making nice progression and looks like he will be a good receiver in a year or two. We could use an older WR for the next few years. We need S and a LT and LG. Wharton is okay but we should look for someone better. Our RT, RG, and C were injured for most of the season and two were placed onto IR, if I remember correctly.

Richardson himself said Luck was gonna be drafted by the Panthers if he entered so shut up Vick's mom. And the Patriots have the 2nd round pick not 1st, so why even bother talking if you are constantly wrong.

And we definitely need a QB. After going to several games, Clausen sucks. I did not think he was gonna be good before and still don't. His biggest problem is he can't read the field. Steve Smith was open many times or atleast in single coverage where a catchable pass could be thrown, but Clausen would dump it to someone a few yards down instead of Smith who would have gotten a 1st down.

First off the Patriots have the Panthers first round pick because the Panthers traded them their second this year to get back into the 3rd last year which they did to take a player that didn't even help them on the field this year. Second I agree with you about Peterson. The Panthers could use some corner help and Peterson is the best in the draft. He could be the next shutdown corner in the league and he reminds me of a more athletic Nmamdi Asomugha. Another person the Panthers should consider is Da'quan bowers from down the road in Clemson. He a great pass rusher and if you have him with Johnson on that line that could create a great pass rushing team.

And NO, the Panthers WON'T be takung a QB in the second round. They be having too many holes to fill to be drafting another QB. They be taking a OT, whether Luck be coming out or not.

Carolina might take a receiver, so I think AJ Green, it'll give Clausen the help he needs.

I agree. Patrick Peterson is the best player in the draft. He's going to be a Perennial pro bowler.
