I had a neck injury. NUMB & TINGLING!!!!?
Went to ER & got xrays and nothing's broken, but now I have numbness and tingling all on that side of my body. From my face to my toes. I have no insurance, no job, and I am in terrible pain. I am taking ibuprofen, soaking in epsom salt, using ice, heating pad, and going to chiropractor for free (brother in law) , but now I'm getting headaches , I'm in pain and I get muscle cramps/spasms that take my breath away. Please any suggestions??

What is your Chiropractor's diagnosis? What is he telling you about the cause of your symptoms? What is he recommending?
I know of no single condition that can cause "numbness and tingling all on that side of my body from my face to my toes". The face symptoms would have to be on the opposite side of the body to match basic neuroanatomy.
Do you have a history of multiple sclerosis?
What kind of 'neck injury' did you have? Did you have a concussion? How long ago was the injury?
What was the diagnosis at the ER? Did they even make a diagnosis?
Where are the muscle spasms?
How old are you? What is your medical history?
How can anyone give an intelligent suggestion without full information? What were the findings during the physical exam at the ER? What were the findings during the physical exam by the Chiropractor? What findings (other than "nothing's broken") were present on the X-rays? What body parts were X-rayed? What views were taken? How were they taken? Did the ER doctor or your Chiropractor perform a neurological exam? What were the results?
Best wishes.
