Why didn't Ted Williams' mom help him from being homeless?
I'm a little out of the loop, but I haven't heard how Ted Williams became homeless, and why his mother didn't help. What's the story??? Thanks!!

He got into drink and drugs - only HE can help himself, this time he had a piece of luck otherwise he would be dumpster diving for his lunch tomorrow.

He got into some drugs, alcohol and other stuff and his mother didn't socialize with him because of it. He went on a field trip and had studied the radio voice thing but fell on hard times (drugs, etc.) and I guess lost his jobs and ended up homeless. His mother didn't want to be around him when he was doing all that bad stuff to himself.

His mother is in her 90s? and she lived in New York,
Ted was in Ohio.
and because Ted --USED TO-- have some problems with drugs.

-I think He was too ashamed to go to her for Help, seeing how messed up his life had gotten... I'm hoping He really HAS "turned His Life around"- and now can make GOOD on His "Second Chances..." :)
