How to Remove Tarnish From Aluminum Cookie Sheet?
My kids put our aluminum cookie sheets in the dishwasher, and the detergent left them gray and dull in a tarnished sort of way.
I've tried to remove the tarnish using a variety of household cleaners and mild acids like citrus juice and vinegar. No luck.
How can I get the dishwasher tarnish off of my aluminum cookie sheets?

I can see the kids doing this but I did the same thing and ruined my cookie....
I then tried a brillo pad or even SOS will work and put some muscle into it and it did get SOMEWHAT
better...A little shine did return but it is dull, I did the same every time I use it and it get better each
time....try it...if not do cover it with foil and still use it....

Don't think this is possible because of the chemicals in the tablets, or powder you use. Cover the cookie sheet in foil to keep using it.

They really don't cost that much so I would buy new ones, or cover them with foil.
