Are expired Goldfish Crackers okay to eat?
These crackers supposedly expired way back in May 2010. They've been sitting in the back of my pantry for a while, I know. All I would like to know if it's safe to eat or not. I'd also kind of like to know why they are safe or not.

Yes something like that won't make you sick if they are past date. They might just taste stale. They'd be safe because there is nothing in them that can actually "spoil" and get you sick from being old.

I really don't think it's safe to eat anything that is out of date for that amount of time. You could get sick.

I dnt recommend that because it will get very chewy and nasty. I'd prefer eating them fresh.

No, you need to say a prayer for them and flush them down the toilet.
