On Sunday I was arrested for shoplifting (3rd degree retail fraud the lowest charge) they took me to the police station because I had a warrant and they needed my mugshot/finger prints. The other city didn't want me on the warrant so they let me go home. They let me write a letter of apology on the back of miranda rights paper which I did. I said I as sorry and explained that I am in a methadone program and that its really helping me (the stealing had nothing to do with my drug problem) and that I am scared of what would happen if I had to leave the program and said I'd be willing to do anything else as long as I could stay in the program. I'm also thinking about typing out another letter and sending it to the judge, along with having a few people write letters (like my therapist and things like that) about the negative effect of my coming of methadone would have. I guess what I'm asking is what if anything would be the best thing to say? I'm scared to DEATH that I am going to go to jail and have to detox off of 145mgs of methadone in a bam-bam suit in a room all alone with NOTHING for days on end. I guess just any advice at all would help. And please don't bother telling me how stupid I was for stealing or anything like that, I already know this.

I just made a new blog. The blog is going to have my rants on things that annoy me in life and things in the media too. But its also going to have things in life that make me happy and in the media that makes me happy.

I'm asking two things. First do you guys have any suggestions for rants/pet peves or for the good things in life for post I could make? Also how I can I start to get traffic when I get the blog going better. I only have an inrto post right now.

I have a felony from 2007 (well arrested in 2007, final charges handed down very early 2008) for heroin possession. It was a very small amount (2 packs) and now I am running into all kinds of walls trying to put my life back together. I understand that its because I'm a felon, but what I DON'T understand is why so many things are restricted to only drug felonies.

For example if you have a felony you can get a FASFA grant to go to college unless it was a drug felony. Can someone PLEASE tell me why rapists and such can still qualify for these things but someone who was simply an addict (not a dealer) can't, when possessing a drug is essentially a victimless crime but the ones they'll help aren't?

I consider myself a Christian, but at the same time I am really struggling with it. Sometimes I feel like God hates me. It seems like everytime I prey, bad things happen and everytime things are going good for me they fall apart. I'd like to find a way to get a closer relationsip with God but at the same time the thought of it scares me because it seems like when I try things get worse. Does anyone have any advice.

I'm open to advice from thiests too, but please don't just say mean, try to actually help.

I love reading. My favorite types are memoirs and then just general fiction. I don't like romance. I like some true crime novels and some fictonal crime novels (Like the JD Robb In Death novels). Do you have any suggestions for good books I could get?

My birthday is almost here (Jan 22nd) and I usuallu celebrate it for more than one day. I call it "Christiakan" (not trying ti inskut Jewish People). I know it sounds silly but I love ny birthday.

So what should I do this year?? I'm not a big drinker, since I;ve been onmethadone its made me not want to drink. Any ideas on how ti celebrate it?

I'm just curious as to what the best years of peoples lives were and old old they were then. And they they were go great.

I just got something in the mail that says I was charged with Retail Fraud in the 2nd degree. The case # starts with an 11 and is only 00003 which means it happened VERY early this year. I've been in trouble for smaller retail frauds in prior years, but not in this court district. In other words, someone else did this.

Now I don't know what to do. I called the court but they were closed, but I am worried now. I'm wondering what I should do? My steps to find out who it really was and to make sure I don't get in any trouble for it,

I really want to be a good Christian. Although sometimes I doubt. But what I actually have a hard time with is that when I really do try and I pray for something very important to me things get worse.

Examples:

I was having a problem pregnancy, I BEGGED God to not take my baby. He did.

I prayed that my relationship get better. The next day he broke up with me.

I prayed that this year (2011) the relationship I was in would get better and stronger. I find out that he had sex with 2 different girls on NYE.

Some people tell me that is God trying to help me. I don't know what to think.

OK, theres this guy named Jason who I really like. I thought he liked me too, he always acted like it and theres been some history there over time. For awhile I had a BF but a few months ago we broke up. Then me and Jason started talking more and spending more time with each other and things. We got in a small fight before Thanksgiving but everything got better and I was hoping that soon things would get really good and we actually start dating soon.

So today I saw him for the first time since New Years Eve and I asked him how his NYE was. He says "It was interesting. First I got kicked out of Jesters (a bar in town) for having sex in the bathroom there, then I woke up out of a black out in bed with another girl that wasn't the same one in the bathroom at Jesters and I didn't even know her name....." My best friend and a 2 other friends of mine were standing there too and at this point I just walked away and said something stupid like "Oh I forgot something at home, I have to go" and left. After I left my friend asked him why he would tell me something like that when he knows how I feel about him and he told her "I shouldn't have to be scared to say anything around her"

Basically I'm sick of dealing with drama like this. I'm 26 years old. Not 21ish like this story sounds like I should be and hes 35. I just want to know how to stop caring so much about him. Its obvious that he doesn't like me, but I also don't want to seem stupid for not talking to him anymore because I really don't have a right to be mad.

I'm upset that Oprahs stupid network is replacing Discovery Health. I liked that channel. Isn't she rich enough to buy her own channel without having to take one over?

I'm confused. First let me say am I NOT one of thoe Christians who hate athiests and think that thery are going to hell. In face I am prtty much undecided on the whole religion thing, but it seems like everytime I turn around an athiest is mad because something that someone did. A shirt someone wore to work, a natvity on church grounds, nearly anything that may "offend" them becasue they don't believe in God. As long as the Christians are not trying to directly force thier religion on to them why does it matter? In fact by not allowing people to express thier religion (outside of goverment buildings) is restricting them from following thier religion. I don't understand why the ahtiests hate Christians so much, and of you do believe me, I was on a website called friendly athiest and someone asked the group to say ONE nice thing about Christians, most couldn't. Why do they hate ALL of them. I can understand them hating the judgemental ones but why everyone else. Part of the reason they say they hate them is that they shove thier religion down thier throats but I've knoticed that athiests shove the fact that they believe Christianity is a myth just as much. Why can't they just respect the differences, and only hate the ones who are the bad judgemental type now the ones who are caring and don't even tell people they are Christians unless asked?

I love how chocolate. Especially made with milk instead of water and with whipped cream. Do they sell it year round in the stroes or is it a seasonal product?

I know lots of people have horror stories about High School and Middle School teachers, but I want to know the worst Elemantary School teacher experiences you had,

Mine would have to be:

When my teacher is 5th grade said my desk was too messy inside and made me use a box to keep my stuff in.

When my 2nd grade teacher belted me to my chair because I kept getting out of it (yes this really happened)

Or when the same 2nd grade teacher called me a liar because I said I saw a book that she was reading us in the store, it was brand new so she said I was lying

I love the show Detroit 187. I think its a great show and I love watching a show that takes place in a place where I've spent much time. Also I love the fact that its actually not set in New York or LA like every other show. I've heard its going to get canceled. Is there a way the fans can stop it? If so how?

Police have been directed to the places where those monsters put this poor girls body, if the step-mom was able to tell police where all of this was, not to mention all of the things found in their home there was obviously involement from the parents. Why do you think no one has been arrested in this case yet? Just thinking about that sweet girl and everything she overcame in her young life being killed like that makes me cry, I get so angry thinking about them still being free. Do you think she will ever get justice?

Oh my God, I'm an old person at 26! Does anyone else get the feeling of what? who? when they read these questions? At a young age like 26?
