How do I fix my puffy lip?

I woke up a little under an hour ago, and looked at myself in the mirror.

I have a puffy lip. When I looked at the inside of my lip, theres a white circle.

I am almost 100% sure it was because I was biting the skin off it last night. I put ice on it to see if it would go down...I looked a little better...Any ideas?

    Could be that or a mouth ulcer?

    If its an ulcer try some bonjela or something similar.
