There's an over-the-counter saline flush called Simply Saline. I think it's for kids but I used it anyway. The directions say to tilt your head to the side, but it doesn't work when you do that. Tilt your head back, hold your breath, and spray until you feel it run into your throat. Then blow your nose over a sink. If your nose is pretty congested it will dislodge a lot of stuff.

a humidafiyer:) works within ten minuter if you dont have one boil water and breathe in the steam them run to the frezer and breathe in the cold do this 2 or 3 times and it should clear up:)
