are IGBT's changeable with mosfets and transistors?
Are they interchangeable between these two? Like, could i use it for a mosfet, or use them as a transistor...Thanks.

You can usually interchange IGBTs with MOSFETs with only slight tweaking, but they would not make good substitutes for BJTs, as the latter are current-controlled devices and in all but the simplest applications would have an incompatible bias network. IGBTs also require a little more Vce to turn on than a typical MOSFET Vds.
