Mom and and dad smoke about 20 cigerattes a day its kinda annoying because they smoke in the house and in the car :(, no point saying its bad and stuff but my parents are smokers and if they arent interested in quitting then its upto them, i asked mom if she smoked when she had me she said she cut cigerattes down as much as she could :~, i have 2 brothers who are also really good at running too, we all have astma but it hasnt affected my running all that much.

Breathing in second hand smoke will definitely affect you. It is like smoking yourself and can actually be worse. Why? Because cigarettes have filters on them which filter out some of the toxins. When you breathe in cigarette smoke from a burning cigarette you are not filterng the smoke at all. It is unfortunate that your parents are not wanting to give it up especially since you and your brothers have asthma.
It may not make you a "bad" runner but perhaps not just as good a runner as you could be.

That used to be till I got here to the convenient give up smoking web publication and determined the Quit Smoking Today approach. I adopted your approach and feature fully give up now for a month that's the longest in eight years I've been smoke unfastened. If I can do that then any person can.

I was a smoker for 15 or so years and quit 3 months ago. I didn't find the Silver Bullet that I was looking for right away. However, I did come across a good resource blog site. It had articles, videos, books, and other information to help people kick the habit.
