Would you give me your oppinion on my poetry please?

-I'm Completely Star-Stricken Over You, Sweetheart.-

You took me by surprise, and made my head spin ‘round.

When I first hear your voice it’s like I rise off the ground.

We share so many secrets ‘cause we’re almost the same,

I’ll make this promise dear; this is not a game.

I take you very seriously. Your words touch my heart.

That is why I have prepared you this one piece of art.

I worked my very hardest, I hope you believe me.

Come Easter this year it is you who I’ll see.

I’ll bet that I’m struck by a star on that day.

I’ll try and show you my love in every single way.

I predict that I’ll be stuck, frozen to my place.

Just from one quick glance at your angelic face.

I really do think that I will kiss you first.

Because if I didn’t act quickly, I could just burst.

We have so much in common. We keep learning more.

My dear, I swear it is you I adore.

It’s the simple things you do, like making me smile.

Emilie, please trust me; ill wait more than awhile.

You always make me laugh, and make me want to sing.

I have even proposed to you while I lacked a ring.

You agreed to be my bride. I was ecstatic.

I won’t mean to hurt you while I act erratic.

I would take on armies of undead to show you,

I will always be here; no matter what you go through.

My attachment latched on, my heart’s in distress.

Only because of the distance; please be my princess?

I would love to treat you that way, the way you deserve.

‘Cause you give me butterflies, and take away my nerve.

We laugh and we joke like we are best friends.

I sincerely hope that this love never ends.

When the time has come, and we are together;

We will both say, “better late than never”.

You came out of the woodwork. You made me see,

That you are the angel whom I must set free.

Ill set you free from the doubt, and heartache run rampant.

All these fears that you have, they will all remain absent.

So long as I’m around, ill protect your life with mine.

In the times when its peaceful, they’ll be blinded by shine.

The shine from the connection that we formed so quickly.

If our love was a plant, it would be all but prickly.
