My 47" Vizio 120mhz LCD has "Red Snow" but goes away when I plug in a laptop power adapter?

Mainly we see this "red snow" when a scene is really dark or there is a dark background on the picture. The funny thing is by accident I noticed that if I plug in my laptop power adapter to the outlet that the lcd is plugged into, the red snow is 95% gone. It takes a day or two once the adapter is plugged in for the red snow to disappear. What could be the problem?

    pls take it to a Technician and get it fixed
