How many gigs to look for in an internet package ?
No heavy download expected, some video viewing. What would be the minimum bandwidth required for a moderate user ?

It would depend on what sort of data-cap package your service provider can offer. I've heard of some who offer as low as 150 Mb for a 24 hour period and others who offer as high as 20 Gigs for a 30 day period.
