The Jets will get respect when they give it. I know they beat the Patriots which to me is admirable because in a sense they beat the best team in the AFC. However, the Jets are still cocky an arrogant. The Jets would be a better team if they would take the pride down, and play the game with good sportsmanship. The Jets might be a team to watch next week, and they just might make the super bowl, but they will be remembered more for their lack of respect for their opponents. What they said this past week was just awful. Winning games is what good teams do, but the Jets as a team and Rex Ryan show no class when it comes to how they interact with their opponents. The Jets will get no respect from me or anyone on this site until they respect whomever they will play.

The Jets are the type of team that because of their youth and recent failures and tradition of doing nothing significant since SB III, they will not receive any respect until the win another Super Bowl.

With their corners and two good WRs I think they have a chance of winning it if they get there.

Beating Pittsburgh with out an opening kick off return to start the game again and having to face Polamalu in the secondary this time will be tough. Especially because it was clear that the Jets corners were holding Wallace and Sanders who are faster than the Jets corners and with out safety help would have given up a first quarter TD and/or the game winning TD but neither time no flags were thrown when even both announcers agreed they were both pass interference.

Does anyone ever get the respect? I'm on my 3rd level 7 account & never seen anyone get respect on here...... I had 2 of those accounts suspended because of sports hate. People take this & sports too serious

I live in Northern NJ, been to 2 Jets home games this year. Jets are my 2nd favorite team and I root for them whenever they don't play the Colts

I was pissed they beat my Colts but when you can beat us on the road you got to give them respect

They beat Peyton Manning and Tom Brady on the road back to back weeks. You have to respect any team that can do that in the postseason
