Recommend you check out on of those websites that give you prices for many airlines, like cheapticket.com. But also check with a Thai Restaurant in your area, and see what the Thai people use. Keep in mind that cheap flight may mean long layovers, and a 12 to 13 hour flight from London could turn out to be a 17 hours flight.

Try Air Asia, they fly from Stansted to Bangkok. A package deal is not necessarily cheaper. Recommend you compare package deals with buying your air and doing you lodging separately. Many times you can get a better deal that way since package deals are priced out months in advance and aren't based on sale fare tickets generally. Have a great time in Thailand.

Hi,
I've been using this website looking for cheap flights, it's a metasearch engine, it compares a lot of flights through airlines and booking websites; it gives you the cheapest ones. http://www.liligo.co.uk/ you can also look for hotels. It's really usefull!
Hope it helps you!

do a search on cheapflights.co.uk, usually Etihad but not always, avoid air asia, great for short haul but a no no long haul! and not cheaper than the gulf airlines who all give free drinks and meals and free hold luggage allowance
Source(s): flown K.L. to Stansted twice 'cos it was only £200 each time, but believe me, you get what you pay for! which is a seat! - laplandfanLv 71 decade ago
Depends.
Direct flights will be more expensive.
My Son goes with Jet Airways via Mumbai and saves about 300 pounds off the cost of the direct flights to Bangkok.
I have to say that I have flown with Eva Air and they are fantastic.

Hi
lastminute.com and expedia.co.uk choose a flight for the dates you are interested in and then use the + 3 days option to give you dates either side and then you can compare the flights between them I have never found anything lower than either of these sites
You can ask in a travel agents for a package see what they say and get some brochures and then look online at www.agoda.com for the hotels in the brochure and see if you can put a cheaper price together yourself I am sure you can I went by package tour for my first time then I sorted myself out ever since its not that hard .... just choosing the right areas for what you want to do and see is the harder part
