after trying every thing i finally created a new email and every thing is fine except my things i had on there i guess face book don't care moast places just send you your pass word and they wouldn't let me creat a new one

There should be a little login page. Click I forgot my password, and follow the steps from there.
I really don't know what the problem is though, so give us more info.
