Yes you can! True love doesn't come from sex. True love is about the person themselves. How they treat you, how you treat them, your physical chemistry, how well you get along/know eachother....etc. Sex is definately a plus in the relationship, but don't rely on the sex only. Get to kknow the one you wanna be with before you even think about having sex

yes and no depending on the person. See sometimes sex actually saves a relationship (in a good way, because u trust each other in that aspect). For some people not having sex makes a relationship work because they want to wait for that perfect moment (and this is perfectly fine too). I personally, love my bf no matter what and he does do. He respects me and i respect him. We do have sexual chemistry, but if we're ever not comfortable with it we just show each other how much we love each other in a different way
