Just remember to eat in moderation.

If you are going out tonight look at it as a treat eat well cos you dont have all you can eat every night.

But as mentioned water will help fill you up so you will leave full and content without adding mass calories.

The hotter curries tend to be lower in fat because, the milder ones are creamy and have double cream and full fat yogurt in. Try to go for chicken or fish curries because chicken and fish is leaner than red meat.

Poppadoms, badjis, pakoras and samosas are all fried, so probably better going for vegetable starters/side dishes such as aloo chat and maybe the soups.

Bread wise better getting a plain naan or chapatti rather than garlic because they add extra fat to it, or pashwari because that has coconut in it which is high in fat.

Go for plain rice rather than fried or pilau because again fat has been added.

better filling yourself up with the meat/ vegetable from the curry as it will keep you full rather than all the sauce where the fat has been added.

If your worried ask the waiter, but the best thing to do would just be to control your portions, you might be having a normal sized portion but it could be double the calories.

A good idea would just be to have the main course and not the starter, dessert or after dinner coffee.

Remember alcohol are empty calories which don't fill you up, so stick to water.

in basic terms actual subject I see is having a similar meal for dinner and lunch, that's not that well being clever that's undesirable, you will only lose interest of eating it two times as quickly nonetheless, in all hazard season the vegetables in a various way each and all of the time to make specific you do no longer lose interest.
