i find it really hard to get to sleep?

i have, at most, 4 hours sleep. anybody know of any cures? apart from sleeping pills?

    Common sleep aids include Melatonin, Valerian, 5-HTP, Chamomile tea and warm milk.

    Take a lavender shower before bed, count sheeps and try to not be stressed before going to bed.
