how much protein should i take?

im a 30 year old female i weigh 250 and want weigh 180 by summer 2012. i'm 5'9". i just started p90x and want to know how protein should i be taking. can you reccommend a good type or brand. i prefer something for women since i had a baby 8 weeks ago. im confident i can lose the weight since i put on 80 lbs with my first baby 2 years ago and lost it all by his first birthday. plus this is baby weight so im confident it will melt off with p90x. i just want to know, since i want to lose weight and be toned, how protein i shoul consume?

    Actually, you don't need to diet in fact to lose weight, I discovered this at the web portal in the box below, they have loads of instruction, I melted away 10 pounds by doing as they advised. Have a great day!

    Your calorie intake should be made up of 10-35% protein, and more than that depending on how active you are.
