Weight training for fat loss - is cardio requiered too?
I've started a program of weight training that involves me doing different weight exercises for muscle confusion and it feels great and I can tell I'm building. Should I be doing cardio as well though or is the intense weights for 30min enough? (I feel tired after-cardio would be hard to add on)
I'm 29yr female. 160lbs/5'6

You should do weight training in a way to also make it a cardio workout for the most efficient fat loss results. If you need an online exercise and diet plan to tone up and lose fat efficiently, try the Fat X Workout and Diet program. It's a 12 day fat burning and fitness program you can cycle as many times as you want. It works great to lose fat, tone up and get fit fast. The videos and other good tips and tricks to losing weight, toning up and burning fat fast are free on the blog (Fat X101). Good luck.

Cardio is not required for fat loss. Depending on your weight training program, you may already be experiencing some of the benefits of cardio training.
When trying to lose fat, the main player is nutrition. If you are eating enough quality proteins and quality fats along with good carbohydrates, then you will see the fat shed from your body. Be sure you are able to eat good foods throughout the day. When you say you feel tired after your weight training, it may be that you are not eating enough foods to compensate for the training. If you don't eat enough foods, you body will retain what it needs and store it as fat on your body.
Hope this helps!

Buy the right size. Squeezing into those skinny jeans will only make your muffin top far more noticable.

It’s not really weight-loss, it’s health-gain. Think about your changes as a way to gain things, not lose these individuals.
