When would a Democrat represent more personal liberties than a Republican?

Democrats lead with respect to First Amendment rights: freedom of speech, freedom of religion, freedom of the press, and the right to free assembly. In addition, FDR's "Four Freedoms" have been an important part of the modern Democratic Party agenda: along with freedom of speech and religion, those include freedom from want and freedom from fear. I would call those personal liberties as well.

That depends on which personal liberties you value more. The stereotypical Democrat and Republican are for certain liberties, and against others. There's people in both parties that stray from the party line and are more heavily in favor of personal liberty.

For example, Republicans tend to be pro-gun but anti-abortion. Vice versa for Democrats. There's politicians that are pro or anti both, of course.

Whenever you are discussing gay rights, gay marriage, recreational drug use, religious freedom, property rights, the liberty to not be harmed by another person or corporation without consequence to the harmer, the liberty to travel throughout the US without being stopped for "papers, please", and any number of other things.

Last I checked Republicans are about restricting personal liberties of gays, minority groups, where mosques can be built, and so on.

I don't see cons calling for personal liberties on issues pertaining to women and gay people, do you?

Any time you're talking about the personal liberties of anyone who isn't a white male.

Democrats only exist because of some form,or another, of slavery,...as do liberals...

Dems must control others,and they do it thru force or manipulation,same as libs...

They demand toleration,yet they are intolerant...

They demand boundaries and question morals,yet they know neither...

Neither, since they both want the government to control everyone's lives. Example:

The Democrats want to prevent gun rights.

The Republicans want to prevent abortion rights.

No matter who wins, they're going to take away something from you.

Ask the Conservatives in Alabama who keep outlawing sex toys.

Seldom if ever. Even now Democrats are attacking freedom of speech with their harangues about martial words while they continue to use those same words themselves.
