You know when you take a dump. O.K. in that area it is on fire what is the cause of it and how to treat it?

Update:

I do not eat spicy food.

Update 2:

Would Vaseline help in the burning feeling in that area.

Update 3:

O.K. why I drink alot of water and fiber food then.

Update 4:

O.K. I don't blood right now but from time to I see some blood I don't think about that much but I wonder is that relate to that. But right now I see the dump is not solid or not dark and tar which (I would consider I have internal bleeding or something like that.) I going to Wal-Mart pick up the tube be back in a hour and i will get back on that.

If you don't eat a lot of spicy foods, the most likely the cause of this is an irritated blood vessel around your butt (otherwise known as a hemorrhoid). DON'T FREAK OUT! They're very common, and often don't require surgery or anything (unless they get really bad -- I'll cover that in a minute).

What you need to know is that there are two basic types of hemorrhoids: internal and external. The internal tend to not be as painful, and are contained inside the rectum. The external are just under the skin around the anal sphincter and basically look like a bump of skin or a swollen blood vessel. Either way: not a big deal - go to the store and buy some Preparation H (a natural vasoconstrictor which will shrink that blood vessel back down), apply that for immediate relief and then make long-term changes as follows:

You need to modify the way you take your dumps. Eat more fiber (this will help it move along without as much strenuous pushing) and, if you still have trouble, take stool softeners (this will also make it easier to move your bowels and put less pressure on the vessels down there). The main reason why hemorrhoids pop up is because of increased pressure in those blood vessels.

Now the potentially bad news: I know this is gross, but look at your poop in the toilet the next time you go. If there is blood in it, you need to go to a doctor right away. That means the blood vessel has ruptured, and could get infected! If not, try treating with Preparation H, and see how it goes!

    Good luck!

Ok well sounds like you have hemorrhoids a quick trip to the pharmacy for some cream or wipes and you will be good as new.

    Spicy food.

You can put Vaseline on it.
