What is wrong with my prostate?

Hi I'm 17 years old and I recently ejaculated about 3 days ago, a little harder? than usual... it usually twitches and contracts for about a minute or two after which from what I believe is normal, but this time it just kept going and hasn't stopped ever since. I'm afraid to seek medical attention because of the horror stories I've heard about the rubber glove thing.

I am urinating normally, but when I try emptying out the last bit, that muscle is sore and it feels really weird. Whenever I stand up or sit down, the muscle also hurts, and the whole twitches.

The twitches or contractions happen about once every 5-10 seconds, maybe even more often. It's really annoying, and I'm concerned about it. Could anyone help me?

Update:

And I tried masturbating last night, forcing myself to even though I was really grossed out about it and almost puked, but I finally ejaculated and it was probably the weirdest thing I've ever felt in my life, and there was no blood or anything different. It then stopped and I was able to sleep finally, and was barely even bothering me this morning but then started twitching and contracting more and more until it got really bad later tonight.

    Could be something you have done to your pelvic muscles. I'd go and get checked out by the doctor, there is nothing to worry about with the rubber glove thing, as long as there is plenty of lube used it shouldn't really hurt that much.... all you need to do is relax.

    Well its probably nothing but if you go in and they stick a finger up your butt you will live. Embarrassment never killed anyone.
