1 I need a good spam blocker (free if possible)& 2 general opinion, which is better for full security on my PC Norton or AVG
I have had WebRoot since august & don't like it & have used both Norton & AVG in the past if there is another that is better I am open to suggestion I am just looking for the security system that will give me the most & best coverage for my $.

What kind of spam blocker are you looking for, email or do you mean popup blocker? As for antivirus software, go with McAfee, way better then Norton and AVG.
