Please help me!? Weight loss issue, sorta scaring me!? :(?
Ok, so around October - November or so I was eating lots of healthy foods, exercising, drinking strictly water and I still gave myself a little treat now and then, so I wouldn't binge. My exercise was roughly an hour of stair walking, burning about 500 calories, plus a little bit of dancing, and some strength exercises, too. For a month, I did this. I didn't exercise QUITE everyday because you're supposed to give your body a rest.
After Thanksgiving was over, things came up that kept me busy from exercising at all. School, holidays, and just laziness. And I started to get sloppy about my eating. I started eating a little more junk food. During the week before Christmas, there were so many treats in my house. Lots of cookies and stuff, like normal at the holidays. I literally ate about 10 cookies or more a day, and lots of fudge, chocolate and just normal meals as well. I never ate bad food during my meals, but my snacks were awful. And I didn't exercise at all. Pants I got for under the tree are now barely staying on. I've been eating bad, and not exercising, and I'm getting thinner! Last years I ate like this, and I gained weight!
I don't get why this is happening. I'm not doing anything to lose, and yet I am. I wanted to lose some anyways, but this is a bit weird. AND on top of that, my boobs are getting bigger, even if I'm getting thinner. I went from a B last July to barely fitting into a C now.
Why is this happening? Am I just growing or something? (16, almost 17 years old female)
ALSO: Someone told me because of my eating junk food that I'm getting fat, which is why my boobs are getting bigger. I don't get how that works though. My pants are fitting looser, and my boobs are getting bigger. How is it that I'm getting FAT if my pants are getting looser?
HELL OF A LOT OF STRESS. I'm moving for the first time in my life, I'm so freaked out about that. I'm having problems with school, I'm worrying about a friend.
I am still eating healthy stuff. I just eat a little more junk than I used to.

If you were a late bloomer, you could be growing. Being a teenager is odd, all kinds of hormonal things are going on inside of you. I wouldn't be complaining, but I would try to regulate your diet again because I don't think this will last very long.
Also, have you been under a lot of stress? Finals, schoolwork, friendship problems, family issues? That could definitely contribute.
Okay, I would FOR SURE say it is stress. This is not good, but everybody goes through stress. If you continue to notice changes in your weight, I would see your doctor. My sister went through something like this when our family moved, and they let her see a counselor for about 3 sessions. It helped her become less anxious and relax about some of the problems in her life.

Loosing weight fast is always an unhealthy thing.
The best thing to loose and hold a healthy weight is healthy food, less sugar, lots of drinking water, and sports.
There are many diets who tell you that you can loose a lot of weight in no time. And it is working, but you are doing no good to your body. And there's also the Jojo-effect.
Diet has to begin in your head. And you already started to think about your nutrition. That's an important step. It is too easy just to make a magazine-diet for 2-3 weeks and loose some weight. But it will come back soon again. If you are over-thinking your nutrition and activity, you will have a constantly good result. Isn't that much better and healthier than a crash-diet ?
Good Luck and Take care :-)

Well thats a good question. I did lose weight a while back by walking 3 x a week for 5 miles.
I guess is burned calories more than I was taking in. I mean a lot of weight like 60 pounds.
My doctor tells me walking is the best exercise to lose weight

No, it appears like what your dr mentioned. unfavourable eating ordinary, bypass to a nutrionist, get a well being plan that incorporates each and all the culmination, veg, fibre and different food you like, and carry on with it. ln the long-term, you would be far extra desirable off. lf you nonetheless obsess over this, without solving the consumer-friendly concern, you would be caught in a loop that gets extra durable and extra durable to flee
