how to make weight issues in home a little easier?
i have a blended family,my kids are like me, tall and under weight. im forever trying to get them to eat! now, my step kids are the opposite...they are getting very over weight. how do i have food in house to try and get thin kids to eat, but everytime i turn my back the larger kids are eating me out of house and home? ive tried rules, the snack cupboard has a lock on it, but im not getting any where!! their dad whom works away from home dosent see an issue with weight, he says they will grow out of it. his side of the family comes from very large people. im afraid the youngest boy who just turned13 and sits at 160, is gonna get huge. any suggestions
its not even junk food, its any kind of snack!

it isn't fair to allow the thin kids to eat junk food, but not the fat kids. just keep the junk food out of the house altogether and restrict them from snacking too much. your thin kids may be thin, but as long as they are healthy and eating enough food, there is nothing wrong with them.
good luck!
