How to increase bench/squat?

Hey everybody.

I'm a 15 year old sophomore. I'm 6', 180lbs.

My max for bench is 120lbs, and my max for squat is 225lbs.

Deadlift is also 225, and power clean is around 115.

I am currently wrestling, which places much more emphasis on speed and agility and technique than strength.

I am considering going back to football for my junior year, most likely playing as a d linebacker, or maybe even halfback.

In the next 4-6 months, what can I do to improve these lifts to AT LEAST:

Bench - 150

Squat/Deadlift - 300

Powerclean - 150

I have a bench, bar, and about 270lbs of weights.

Help?

You need basic, compound exercises. You need to increase the weight every single week, even if only by a couple pounds.

Do full exercises, 3 days a week, 1 day in between each lifting session. Eat a LOT of food. Consider drinking whole milk every day, a lot of whole milk.

This kind of working out gets killer results. I've seen it personally, myself and some friends have gotten good results from doing this.

It really doesn't matter how much you lift, it matters how you lift it.
