I would think it is quite difficult unless you have a brokerage account. The thing is if it is not something that is done on a reasonable scale (lots of people wanting to trade from UK) then no one will be bothered to find the right way. If it is a small trade I would give up. If it is a large trade (£50k plus) then 'phone any broker and you will get the answer.
