i have a new emachine and can't find my cd/dvd player .it has a spot but it won't work?

I have a all in one Emachine computer so the hard drive is built into the screen ! depends on what type of Emachine you have try putting a cd/dvd in your dvd drive wait a few seconds auto run should appear click on play or open files. If that doesn't work try going to my computer first put cd/dvd in the dvd drive wait a few seconds and double click the dvd drive icon. Mines a dvd-ram dvd drive so depending on what type of dvd drive you have it might work ! you should be able to open files on discs that way !
