Any tips on coping with a frozen shoulder,apart from the usual painkillers?

    Anti-inflammatory drugperverselyeversly both rest and physio can be helpful. However local steroid/anaesthetic injection produces the most rapid improvement, though there is a 30% fail rate even in the best hands.
