Is the Hayabusa a good first bike?

Is a top fuel dragster a good car to drive your grandma to church? Kinda question.

Any cheap & used bike is a good first bike, as long as the rider knows their limits.

Not a good idea, it is very heavy and hard to maneuver. You'll never need that much power on the street.

Not in the beginner class of motorcycles. Ya gotta earn that seat.
