What social disorder is this?

I am in a psychology class in college and were doing an activity that requires us to label mental illness based on traits of that illness. Ive got them all but i just cant get this one here are the traits.

Traits:

-Afraid of social situations

-Low self-worth/low confidence

-Always needs to be center of attention

-Wants to have relationships but doesn't think they can maintain one

-Makes a good first impression but can't maintain a relationship

-Can't relate to people well

-Put's large amounts of pressure on social situations

-Can't handle rejection well

-Doesn't have many friends

-Goes through cycles of High and low mood's

-Has a hard time making conversation

-Feel's more comfortable if they have a story to tell or they think/rehearse the conversation before it happens

-Doesn't take criticsm well

-Has a hard time letting go an embarrising/uncomfortable situation

-Wants to improve social abilities but has a hard time doing so

-Worry's about saying something stupid so instead stays quiet

-Has a hard time opening up to people even those who are close to them

-Has a hard time focusing in a conversation

    Sounds like social anxiety disorder.

    The most destructive disease to hit America in over 100 years,

    It's called Barack Hussein Obama. No known cure at the present,

    However many are working on the problem.
