Replacing Rack and pinion 2001 Buick Lesabre Custom?
I am replacing the rack and pinion on my 2001 Buick Lesabre custom and I see that there are two kinds of rack and pinions. One has magnasteer and the other does not.
Do I need the magnasteer on my car?
Did my car even come with magnasteer?
Is there a way that I can tell I have a magnasteer rack and pinion without disassembling it?
Was the magnasteer just a luxury option on the 2001 Buick Lesabre custom?
Thanks in advanced.
1 AnswerMaintenance & Repairs7 years agoHow do you replace calipers w/abs breaks on a 2001 buick lesabre?
I am working on my car today and I needed to know how to replace the calipers on my 2001 Buick Lesabre. I have ABS breaks and I know sometimes you have to bleed the breaks a special way if you have ABS and you have to baby them more.
Also if you know of any website that would have this information please post link in your answer.
Thanks

Of those who did not see the commercials, 12.06% purchased total at least once in the first 10 months of its introduction. Suppose that a consumer is randomly selected and it is learned that they purchased the Total during the first the 10 months of its introduction.

I really want to buy a used Cadillac 1993-2000 the only problem is the Northstar enginge. It says that they have to take premium gas but that is expensive. Do I have to use premium gas or is that just what northstar says I have to do.
Please be thourough in you answer. Dont say "it says you have to take premium but you really don't" I need facts to back it up. Thank you for all your help.
3 AnswersOther - Cars & Transportation1 decade agoIs it better to buy a used car from a dealer, private owner, or auction house?
The dealers seem to list cars at prices that are to good to be true. Some, not all private owners, overvalue there car's. The auction houses I don't know much about there pricing and if I could trust them. If anyone has had experiences with one or all of these sources, or another source that you could suggest, I would like to hear them so I could make a decision on which one to choose. Thanks
8 AnswersBuying & Selling1 decade agoWhy are seemingly nice looking cars sold by dealers for dirt cheap?
I am looking for a car on craigslist and I am seeing so many dealers selling cars for amounts way under its actual value.
For example one dealer is selling a 1999 Acura 3.2 tl for $850 and it has 118,000 miles which is nothing for an Acura. They also claim everything is in working order and the outside is mint. There is a picture and the car looks nice.
Is this a rip off or is the car dealer just trying to get rid of cars that are sitting on the lot to long?
3 AnswersBuying & Selling1 decade agoCan you still work out the old fashioned way?
I am starting to work out the natural old fashioned way now. I am just getting into it and I don't feel like all the supplements and protein shakes are necessary. If the old fashioned way is still possible let me know and then let me know the best way to do it. Oh and please give me credible scources that I could research on my own.
1 AnswerMen's Health1 decade agoDo you think giving back power to the states would solve alot of our problems?
It's easier to govern on a smaller scale.
Illinois has different needs then California, so wouldn't be in the best interest to put the power back in the states so they can effectively govern themselves?
I think a huge problem with today's government is that it's to much on a federal level. It's hard to spread recourse's evenly and cater to 50 states highly diverse needs. That is why I think that if the power is given back to the states they will effectively govern.
1. Because they are better educated about there own local problems.
2. All states have there own political philosophy Like Texas and California for example.
3. Making a federal law that suits some states and not the others does nothing but agitate. I don't think People in Texas want to follow the laws that California would follow and vice versa.
4. I think it would be easier for people to be involved in government if it was more state based instead of in "the far away land of D.C."
5. I think States know how to Utilize funds for there state more effectively.
6. I think there should still be a Federal level of Government that deals with interstate commerce, international affairs, border protection.
7. It would be easier for the people to keep there government in check on a state level.
So basically what Im saying is; wouldn't the government be more effective if it went back to the way the constitution laid it out which was a weak federal government and strong state government. We need to go back to being the republic we were instead of a Federal government we are now.
That's how Rome fell right because it lost its republic?
5 AnswersGovernment1 decade agoHave you ever experienced a teacher in highschool/college being biased in class?
I have experienced this alot in my history and government classes my history teacher in college is a republican and is biased in there favor and so is was my government teacher in highschool who was a democrat and was biased in there favor. Both of them taught the material and told us what they believed. Not a problem but when we got into debates in class its kinda of hard to argue with your teacher. They lied alot to me in highschool and in college I learned things for myself.

4 AnswersGovernment1 decade agoDo you think Thomas Jefferson was a Democrat or a Republican?
From my studies I feel like he is a mix of both with a little more republican in him.
13 AnswersPolitics1 decade agoWho do you think was the last good Democratic president and who was the last good Republican president?
I just dont think we have had any truely Democrat or Republican presidents in a while.
4 AnswersGovernment1 decade agoI want to know what political class I belong to whether it be democrat, republican or neither?
I am a fiscal conservative. I am for small government. I support welfare because people do fall on hard times. I am for social equality but I dont support programs like affirmative action that help one race over another. I support civil unions between gays and lesbians. I don't care what religion is doing what as long as I get to celebrate mine. I want as little government run programs as possible. I support gays and lesbians in the military and I support abortion in cases of incest, rape, if it is detrimental to the mothers health and as long as it is in the first three months of pregnancy. What the hell am I?
