what is "vivitar uws x lomo lca"?

what exactly is this camera?

"vivitar ultra wide and slim" is all the sense i can make out of it. is it the same camera listed below?

    That is a piece of junk.

    If you really want to try lomo, read about it in the links below, but be prepared to spend hundreds of dollars on developing bad photos before you get a single decent shot...
