3 AnswersLanguages9 years agoCan i have two routers connected by one ISP account?
here's the situation: there are two separate business operating out of one office and sharing one router and ISP, therefore both computers are on the same network.
both business will open an account with an auction site. in order to avoid having them think that the two business are the same users with multiple accounts, (since they are on the same network and same IPs) they are thinking an additional router would avoid this situation.
is this accurate? any thoughts/guidance?
thank you

3 AnswersCameras1 decade agowhere to buy pure shea butter online?
i've been looking to buy pure shea butter online (to use as is and also to mix into homemade lotion) but i don't know a good reliable retailer. ive never bought or used this product and some guidance/past experiences would be great.
also, i read that shea butter can have a really strong (and apparently unpleasant) smell. is this normal or was that bad product?
thanks in advance

2 AnswersGreen Living1 decade agoitemizing for tax deductible donations - eligible?
i read that in order to get the tax benefit of a non-profit charity donation,
"You must be able to itemize. Giving to charity is a great tax planning strategy, but it only works for people who are eligible to itemize their deductions."
who are these people who are eligible to itemize? what would cause one to not be able to and thus not receive the benefit of this?
thanks in advance!

1 AnswerPrinters1 decade agohow to do tax deductible donations work?
i googled this, and am sort of confused as to what some of this means.....
1.) "You must be able to itemize. Giving to charity is a great tax planning strategy, but it only works for people who are eligible to itemize their deductions."
what does "itemize" mean?
2.) "Generally, you can deduct cash contributions in full up to 50% of your adjusted gross income."
in simple terms, what does that mean?
3.) does it matter if the donation is made in the name of a business or personal? is there any advantage or disadvantage to use one or the other?
thank you!

2 AnswersPrinters1 decade agoCockatiel eye situation- Please help!!?
first off, he's not my bird for me to take him to a vet. The owner isn't doing anything about but i want to see if i can help him anyway.
so i looked at his eye, and its red and kinda puffy. it looks like there is something on it. it's not always there, it moves around. at first i thought it was a foreign object (maybe a feather) so i put some warm water on and around it to see if it will come out with the water. It didnt. i tried to help it out by coaxing it with a warm tissue but a gentle tug showed that whatever that thing is, is definitely coming from inside his eye. it's attached to something inside. possibly to the lower/inner eyelid. it's either something that got in and got really stuck to something and wont come out, or something that is in and isnt even supposed to be out. I think it's the latter.
Anway, im trying to tell my boss to take his bird to a vet, but he' snot budging saying he's had birds before and these things just go away on their own. But the bird keeps his one eye closed all the time. he's an adult male, about 8 years old. otherwise he is alert and healthy, eating and pooping like normal. he wont come out of his cage but i think thats cuz he has such limited visibilty. his behaviour otherwise hasnt changed.
ANY help will be good or if anyone might know what that thing might be on his eye? anything to keep him going or help him.
Thanks

2 AnswersGarden & Landscape1 decade agoCockatiel has red puffy eye - what can be done?
I know the first thing everyone is going to say: take it to a vet.
but this bird isnt mine and im not in a position to take it anywhere. the owner is someone i work with and he's not doing anything about it, choosing to wait it out.
the bird has no other symptoms. he's about 8 years old, he eats and drinks and his behavior isnt any different than usual.
his left eye is red around the edges, puffy, and about halfway closed. is there anything i can do for him?
