It looks like phosphorus deficiency. What does the rest of the plant look like? How much fertilizer and what kind are you putting on it? Sometimes if you plant tomatoes too early in cold weather they will harden off and turn those colors. Without knowing what soil type I can't recommend a fertilizer. A simple calcium fertilizer should solve all of the problems. 15-0-15 cal mag special should be a good one.

initially, one tomato plant should not be "a lot to preserve". even if, i will admit that becoming one in a topsy turvy would desire to require extra hard artwork for watering. uncertain what you're seeing there. the white traces *sound* like a leaf miner, yet actually, i haven't seen those in tomatoes. If the traces are "vivid", it would desire to basically be a snail trial. Leaves curling UP on the sides, incredibly than dropping down, and beginning close to the stem, incredibly than the becoming end, is a demonstration of too a lot water. they might additionally commence turning yellow. lower back, uncertain if that's what you're seeing. there is likewise "leaf curl", which occurs everywhere in the plant, or perhaps if it seems traumatic, it does not somewhat impression production. The stems will turn brown simply by fact the plant a protracted time and gets enormous. The stems on all mine are brown on the backside with the help of the tip of the season (that's now, for me). and that i've got 50 tomato flowers in my backyard.

You could also try just a small lid with some beer in it. It atracts the bugs and kills them. or use a aluminum pie pan with some sliced cucumber and a small amount of water. It sends a small electric shock to the ground and runs away the bugs.
