There are many things that you can try, depending on your lifestyle. As stated, it is common for the volume of seminal fluid to reduce as the years pass. The most important thing is to be well hydrated- drink lots of water. Lots of coffee and caffeine in general can be detrimental, as well as over doing the red meats.
