Plz help! resume advice?

I haven't worked since 2004. My work history was all based in retail and retail management. I've been on a disability pension and want to start working in factory (pick/packing) kinda work.

Any advice on how to word my resume?

All help is much appreciated, cheers :)

    dont say too much on the disability thing

    and emphasize that u can follow directions as well as move fast

    There are books at the library for women who are re-entering the workforce after having children, being a military wife, or being away from work due to illness, etc. Go check out a book at the library. You are not alone. There are a lot of women out there who have left the workplace and are now trying to re-enter it.

    Have you done any volunteer work as this would help on a resume.
