How Muslim Does A Muslim Have To Be?

Question

I have noticed that the further one travels from Saudi Arabia, the less strict Muslims become.  Rather, many Muslims in North America take the Koran a lot less literally than those in Asia, and choose which rules they wish to follow and ignore those they don't.  How far can a Muslim deviate before he ceases to be a Muslim?  Is it possible for a Muslim to simply follow the five pillars and that's it?  Can one follow just the five pillars and eat whatever he wants, and read and think whatever he pleases?  How many people really follow the entire Koran, front to back, and attempt to honour the many, many rules?

Every Muslim must follow the Quran and Sunnah(Prophetic traditions) Muslims shown in the Media .. are not true depiction of a Muslim.. True Muslim is Prophet Muhammad PBUH and his companions who abided all the commandments.. by Quran and Sunnah.. 

It depends on the knowledge of a Muslim How does he have.. Not all muslims can follow all the teachings of Islam..Only those who are blessed.. Peace

They're just BAD Muslims. I live in the USA and I'm a Traditional Strict Muslim like the sweethearts in Saudi Arabia/Pakistan/Turkey/Egypt/etc. 

I read the Quran, and I follow all the rules.
It's hard, but it's worth it in the end.
I want to please Allah(swt).

They ar mostly in Jail. Alot of people turn Muslim in jail for protection because they are always ready to fight or bomb something. They feel more powerful than God sadly. Muslims are mislead and 500 years after Christ they are letting a false prophet who married a 9 year old mislead them
