Don't they realize that they are alive only because their life has a meaning?

For Ex:- " Landing on the Moon was considered to be false at certain time" but it was false conspiracy . But in Today's times where we have enough resources to do our research and find , What truth is, how can you can you say that 'so-called' conspiracy theories of today are false. Its out there and we have clear evidence backed up with science. Why would you deny truth ?
