Why is Islam the fastest growing religion if its the most violent religion on Earth?

It is fastest growing and more people are converting because they actually study it and not sterotype because of media.Lets face it , the media does portray islam in a very negative light.But it backfires them.An example is the media shows islam as the bad religion but smart people try and find out what this so called bad religion is,and when they do they actually realise that it is not violent.

If rape and murder is such a sinful act then how is islam violent.

Also islam is a peaceful religion , yet the followers make it bad and give it a bad name.

People convert because they actually study it and realise that its not violent

Islam doesn't forbid children limits, they allow one man and numerous wives. So per wife if she got 8 children multiply by 5 wives, you've got the numbers of their followers. Besides it's a religion that passes from family to family, rare those who deviate to other religion, they would be stoned to death if they change religion. Their religion not only they practice dictatorship among family, they also practice terror even to their own blood. So by fright they keep their own family, friends and relatives not only that they produce a lot of children like rabbits they also practice things more than christian or other religion does.

Jesus says to take up the sword. As far as I am concerned, Islam and Christianity are equally violent.

Some people are just using the same tactic early Christians did when it was the fastest growing religion.

Because it is growing the most in illiterate countries. Ones without education.

Superstitious people will believe anything. And yes, the intimidation helps.

The infernal "we have control over your ETERNAL soul" tactic. Only works with the ignorant.

Just look at the TV shows that are popular, even in the educated countries..... plenty of pretty stupid people around.

Unless rational people fight with all we've got, we are doomed.

Islam is medieval. We must not go backwards.

Maybe so but the "not religious" is the fastest growing religious affiliation.... meaning that atheism is growing even faster than Islam..... atheism is not included when stating the fastest growing religion because technically it is not a religion.

Human beings feel the need to believe in something that is out side the realms of logic. Islam just happen to reproduce lots of offspring so perhaps that is why they are up on the leader board.

These statistics do not tale into account Muslims who have stopped believing. In many countries they are too scared to openly reject the religion, so they are wrongly counted as still being believers.

I have pointed this out many times - and no one has made any attempt to answer me.

There has been massive focus on Islam in the past 11 years.

And yes, that many people can still be wrong.
