For the first time this year I can edit this text! I do not have to stay stuck with the same out-of-date message all the time. But I cannot edit my picture That is how it is living on a monkey planet: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=zJM4EBuL82o
Has anyone managed to download their data?
I have twice asked to download my data from Yahoo.
Each time they sent an email: 'Request confirmed for download of your data'
and within 2 hours another email: 'Download of your data was cancelled'
They gave no explanation or apology.
2 AnswersYahoo Answers15 hours agoIs David the Satanist the same David who used to promote the Rosary?
David "Check it out" is behaving exactly like the David who used to answer every question by telling us to recite the Rosary.
So has he changed religion - but kept the same mind?

5 AnswersPolitics5 years agoIs anyone else receiving spurious notifications?
I keep getting notifications that someone has won best answer for questions for which it says "You are following this question", even though I am not following any of them and have never even looked at them.
3 AnswersYahoo Answers5 years agoWho would vote for someone who lies about what football they support?
"General Election 2015: David Cameron forgets if he's an Aston Villa or West Ham fan"
6 AnswersPolitics6 years agoHow many politicians lie about which football team they support?
David Cameron claims to be a huge Aston Villa fan. But he recently 'forgot' that and said to support West Ham.
If he had kept the lie straight in his head he might have picked up a few votes from people who liked football.

Last time I tried to ask one, Yahoo screwed up by putting the Details into an answer.

4 AnswersReligion & Spirituality6 years agoCan anyone here edit their About Me' text?
I have tried many times in the last 7 weeks to change the "About Me" text in my profile, but the text does not change.
I wonder if anyone else has the same problem?
Please don't move this to the 'correct' category. Questions there often receive no answers.
2 AnswersReligion & Spirituality6 years agoCan you edit your About Me' text?
I tried several many times in the last 7 weeks to edit the "About Me" text in my profile, but the edits are thrown away.
I reported the bug on User Voice, but no one had replaid.

"And in Britain, it's not just no-go zones, there are actual cities like Birmingham that are totally Muslim where non-Muslims just simply don't go in."
"And parts of London, there are actually Muslim religious police that actually beat and actually wound seriously anyone who doesn't dress according to Muslim, religious Muslim attire."
"So there's a situation that Western Europe is not dealing with."

26 AnswersBirmingham6 years agoAre the terms of service for Yahoo UK enforcable?
If you go to the relevant web page and click on the link for 'UK & Ireland' then you just get the Yahoo home page - which is where they send you whenever one of their links is broken.
I reported the dead link 4 months ago, but Yahoo have ignored it:

1 AnswerOther - Yahoo Products6 years agoWhen are suggestions on User Voice deleted?
I recently posted to the Suggestion Board asking that they bring back the red dot that used to mark questions from people we have blocked. At the moment you cannot tell if a question is from someone you have blocked unless you open the question and hover the mouse over their avatar. If the word "unblock is seen, this means you have blocked them.
The suggestion vanished. I posted a follow up, asking why the suggestion had gone - and that was deleted as well.
I do not know if this is glitch or if someone has taken exception to the idea for some reason.
2 AnswersYahoo Answers7 years agoHave many categories have missing questions?
Go to Sports > Wrestling:-
Select 'Answer' and scroll down. I see lots of questions up to 19 hours ago; then an abrupt jump to 2 weeks.
With Society & Culture > Religion & Spirituality there is a gap between 2 hours and 5 days
With Science & Mathematics > Mathematics the gap in between 1 hour and 11 day
I checked 4 other categories and they were OK.
