How do I lose belly fat without losing any other type of fat?

I'm only a 36A and I weigh 130 pounds (I'm 5'11" so it makes me seem even skinnier and lest chesty). I like my figure better when I keep on at least 20 more pounds but I always seem to have this pudge in my mid section at 150. Usually if I try any real workouts they take all my fat (including my boobs) with most of the stomach fat. Any tips on how not to let this happen?

    exercise, exercise, exercise, abs pull ups and fitness that is all you have to do no doctors or diets

    Walking on a treadmill with a heavy incline might help. If you really wanted to, you could also look at fat burners.

    sadly there is no other way, to lose weight you have to lose it all over your body, sorry love
